fann_set_activation_steepness_hidden — Sets the steepness of the activation steepness for all neurons in the all hidden layers

fann_set_activation_steepness_hidden(resource $ann, float $activation_steepness): bool

Sets the steepness of the activation steepness for all neurons in the all hidden layers.
