IntlChar::ispunct — Check if code point is punctuation character
Beschreibung
Determines whether the specified code point is a punctuation character.
true for characters with general categories "P" (punctuation).

Der int-Wert des Codepoints (z.B.
0x2603für U+2603 SNOWMAN) oder das Zeichen als UTF-8 string kodiert (z.B."\u{2603}").
Rückgabewerte
Returns true if
codepoint is a punctuation character, false if not.
